Comparison to Voicemail Dialer v1 and v2
The VoicemailDialer v2 does not use the VoicemailAgents list, but uses regular Agents and Skills instead.
The VoicemailDialer v2 will not call an Agent if that Agent is already in a Call, or otherwise unavailable.
The VoicemailDialer v2 Sessions will be queued if no Agents are available. This means Agents can also Take VoicemailDialer V2 sessions from the Queue.
