Introduction

Enhance workstream collaboration by adding advanced contact center features, dialogue management capabilities and CRM Customer Relationship Management, or CRM, is (usually) a software-based, data management method to deal with interactions with customers and potential customers. integrations to the Microsoft Teams client.

Available Languages

The Anywhere365 WebAgent is available in the following languages:

  • Chinese (Simplified)

  • Danish

  • Dutch

  • English

  • German

  • French

  • Italian

  • Spanish

  • Swedish

Good to know

Please note that the WebAgent for Microsoft Teams operates within a dedicated tab in Microsoft Teams. If this tab is not currently active, it is treated as if it were closed. As a result, you will not receive any alerts through the WebAgent (although calls to your Microsoft Teams client will still come through). Additionally, when you return to the WebAgent tab, the page will reload, requiring you to sign in once more and wait for information to be fetched anew from the backend.
