Update UCC Creator
Warning The Core is always leading, make sure the Core is up to date!
Note You cannot update from SharePoint Template 5.x or lower to UCC A Unified Contact Center, or UCC, is a queue of interactions (voice, email, IM, etc.) that are handled by Agents. Each UCC has its own settings, IVR menus and Agents. Agents can belong to one or several UCCs and can have multiple skills (competencies). An UCC can be visualized as a contact center “micro service”. Customers can utilize one UCC (e.g. a global helpdesk), a few UCC’s (e.g. for each department or regional office) or hundreds of UCC’s (e.g. for each bed at a hospital). They are interconnected and can all be managed from one central location. Creator 6.0 or higher:

Afterwards you can copy the 5.x content to the new 6.0 environment using the Copysettings script, Learn More

Finely you need to update the SharePoint Url from your UCC config, Learn More

Stop ucc service during update or make sure it cannot connect to the site collection if you want to keep the ucc running. For example you could add a rule to the hostfile on the ucc server.

If you change the hostfile, go to C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and add the line that looks like “127.0.0.1 domain.sharepoint.com”

Unpack UCC.Creator.v6.0.xxxxx.x.rar

Navigate to folder UCC.Creator

Make sure you have filled configuration.xml with the proper settings

Open the regular PowerShell command window and run UCC.Update.ps1
As you can see the sites are updated:
