Configuration

  1. From your Office Portal, go to your Flow App:

  2. Click "My Flows":

  3. Click "New" and "Create from Blank":

  4. Select connector "Dynamics 365":

  5. Select trigger "When a record is created"

  6. Select CRMCRM stands for Customer Relationship Management and is a method/technology for managing your external interactions and relationships with customers. Integrate Anywhere365 with your CRM client to show customer information alongside your inbound and outbound interactions. organization:

  8. Select "+ New Step":

  11. Fill in needed parameters; use Dynamic Content to include data from CRM into your SP item:
