This example shows you how you can use Microsoft Power AutomatePreviously named Microsoft Flow. to automatically schedule a call when a new lead is created in Dynamics 365



  1. From your Office Portal, go to your Flow App:

  2. Click "My Flows":

  3. Click "New" and "Create from Blank":

  4. Select connector "Dynamics 365":

  5. Select trigger "When a record is created"
