Anywhere365 has introduced Bundle Release management to assure the quality and consistency of our Dialogue Cloud and On-Premise installations.
Anywhere365 Bundles
The updates of Dialogue Cloud and On Premises will be done based on a Bundle: a fixed combination of Anywhere365 platform elements of specific versions instead of updating platform element versions individually. This to assure extended interoperability and testing of all platform elements in the bundle.
On Premises bundle updates
On Premises bundles will be released to partners and customers . The responsibility for updating the On Premises configuration is with the customer or the partner. Also refer to the Anywhere365 Support End of Life Policy
