Update WebChat Dialogue Provider 2.0

Note: An Enterprise license or higher is required to access these features.
Note: An additional Anywhere365 WebAgent for Omnichannel license is required.

Prerequisites

  • When updating from DC2022.03 to DC2022.04 or higher:

    • The plugin setting "Uri" (Scope: WebChatDialogueProvider2) became mandatory, Learn More

    • ASP.NET Core 6.0.8 (or a later 6.0 series) Hosting Bundle is required, Learn More

Installation

Deploy package

  1. Unzip the Anywhere365 WebChat Dialogue Provider package

  2. Edit the properties.ps1

    1. Domain = Domain of the install account

    2. UserName = Username of the install account

  3. Run install.ps1 in PowerShell as administrator

Validate

After updating the WebChat Dialogue Provider needs to wait for a settings update from the Core.
