Playlists

A Corporate license or higher is required.
Warning
Sound recordings for audio files can be protected by copyright. Anywhere365 does not check if the user holds copyrights for the uploaded audio files. Check your country specific copyright laws to avoid legal penalties for copyright infringement.
Purpose
Playlists enable the user to create a list with audiofiles which can be used in the Queue, Hold and during the breaking. After the Playlist are defined they can be selected in the settings list to connect them to the Queue, Hold or Breaking.
Explanation per field
In order to manage Playlists, the following fields should be filled in:

Name of the playlist. Can be reused to add multiple audio files to the same Playlist |
Audio File |
Select the Audio File you want to add to the play list |
Order |
The order in which the Audio Files are played Tip Default if the customer calls again it will skip to the next AudioFile in the order. This can be altered with the setting "DisablePreviousPlayListPositionQueue". |
Active |
Enable or Disable the Audio file in the Playlist |

Create/Edit/Remove item
Item can be created, edited or removed.

Updates to the system take place in real-time. Entering the incorrect information here may cause issues with your software. Proceed with caution.
- Open the list.
- Select the Add new item button.
- Enter the correct data in the window that appears.
- Select the Save button.
- Open the list.
- Tick the respective item.
- Select the “Edit Properties” button.
- Enter the correct data in the window that appears.
- Select the “Save” button.
- Open the list.
- Tick the respective item
- Select the “Delete Item” button.
