Anywhere365 Support End of Life Policy
Anywhere365 provides full technical support for the last three (minor) versions of the core software. Functional support is provided for all versions released in the trailing year.
For versions that are supported, customers can raise incidents, requests or questions via https://supportdesk.workstreampeople.com. If assistance is required with an End-of-Life version, we will provide functional support if your release is less than one year old. For technical support, it is required you upgrade to a supported version first.

Anywhere365 does not provide technical support for instances on versions that have reached End of Life. The only exception is for assistance related to upgrading from your EOLEnd-of-life (EoL) is used to describe a software version, that is no longer supported and therefore has reached the end of the defined support period. version to a supported version.

Ready to update? Customer can request the latest version of our software at their VAR Partner or for direct customer directly at the supportdesk. VAR Partners will have access to the latest version in the Partner Portal.
