Anywhere365 Support End-of-Support Policy

Anywhere365 provides full Technical support (i.e. something used to work, but now does not) on the last three feature (major) versions (n, n-1, and n-2) of an Anywhere365 Bundle .

Functional support (i.e. how-to change or enable a specific feature) is provided on the last five feature (major) versions (n, n-1, n-2, n-3, and n-4) of an Anywhere365 Bundle.

For versions that are supported, customers can raise incidents, requests or questions via the Anywhere365 Support Portal. For technical support, it is required you upgrade to a technically supported version first.

  • Anywhere365 does not provide technical support for instances on versions that have reached End of Support. The only exception is for assistance related to upgrading from your EOS version to a supported version.

  • Ready to update? Customer can request the latest version of our software at their VAR Partner or for direct customer directly at the supportdesk. VAR Partners will have access to the latest Bundle version in the Partner Portal.
