Feature enhancements

  • (Enhancement 45092) Dealing agent check takes up to much time with 500+ agents

  • (Enhancement 46657) The UCC would no longer hunt Agents for TextHandling Sessions, even though those Agents are available.

  • (Enhancement 46516) Reduced load caused by diagnostic logging, which could result in slow http request responses of the WebAgent Service in heavy load environment

  • (Enhancement 47408) When a Session was throttled because Hunts would fail quickly, all Sessions that were waiting in the Queue after the throttled Session would also be throttled.

  • (Enhancement 47499) In Teams Direct Routing environments the phone number configured for an Agent would not correctly resolve to the Agent if Agents without a configured phone number preceded the Agent with the phone number in the Agent list in SharePoint.
