Configure

  1. Open the Configuration page of the UCCUCC stands for Unified Contact Center and consists of a queue that can be handled by Agents Each Contact Center has its own settings, interactive voice response questions and Agent with specific skills. Agents can be member of, or sign up to, one or more Contact Centers.
  2. Open Skill list
  3. Create a default Skill with the Title [ChatSkill Title]Audio. Where [ChatSkill] is the name of the Chat Skill you have created during the install of the webchat.
    1. For example Title = Chat, then create default Skill "ChatAudio".

      Note If the Skill is not created, the Audio / Video part of the Audio Video will not work.

      This Skill doesn't need to be assigned to the Agent.

  4. Open Settings list
  5. Add the following items to the setting
