Configure URL Sharing


When the pop-out version of the WebChat is used an additional window can be opened for URLs that are mentioned during the conversation. The advantage of this window is that a customer does not need to scroll all the way trough is conversation to find a specific URL.






Configure URL Sharing

To enable this feature, open the Settings.xml (from C:\inetpub\wwwroot\WebChat_uccUCC stands for Unified Contact Center and consists of a queue that can be handled by Agents. Each UCC has its own settings, interactive voice response questions and Agents with specific skills.
