Configure customer name
The customer name could be pre-occupied, so the customer does not have to answer the first question (default: Hello, what is your name?)
Configure Default Customer Name
The following configuration must be applied to the settings.xml of the WebChat ( in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\WebChat_uccUCC stands for Unified Contact Center and consists of a queue that can be handled by Agents Each Contact Center has its own settings, interactive voice response questions and Agent with specific skills.
