Configure Access Token lifetime in Service Now

Note: Additional Anywhere365 WebAgent and CTI Integration license required.

Introduction

When a user signs into the WebAgent embedded in Service Now, they need to request an access token of Service Now. By default this token is valid for 30 minutes. By altering the settings this can be extended.

Configuration

1. Sign into Service Now with an administrator

2. Navigate to System OAuth > Application Registry

3. Open the WebAgent CTI App

4. Change "Access Token Lifespan" to the preferred time.

   Note: Value is in seconds

5. Update the Application Registries
