WebAgent for Dynamics 365 Installation

Note

Additional Anywhere365 WebAgent and CTI Integration license required.

Important

Only one integration can be active at a time: either CIF 1.0 or CIF 2.0.

Prerequisites

  • Configure Sign-in for WebAgent for Dynamics 365

  • For CIF 1.0

    • Ensure your Anywhere365 representative has activated the Dynamics 365 plugin for the WebAgent.

      1. Open your browser.

      2. Access the development tools by pressing F12.

      3. Switch to the Network tab.

      4. Navigate to the WebAgent and sign in with your user credentials.

      5. In the filter, search for dynamics.optimized.plugin.js.

      Verification:

      • If you see dynamics.optimized.plugin.js in the list, the plugin is active.

      • If not, contact your Anywhere365 representative for assistance.

  • For CIF 2.0

    Note

    Please note that WebAgent for Dynamics 365 CIF v2.0 is currently in preview. While the product is functional, it has not yet been fully adopted by our customer base, and there may be certain unexpected scenarios.

    • Ensure your Anywhere365 representative has activated the Dynamics 365 v2 plugin for the WebAgent.

      1. Open your browser.

      2. Access the development tools by pressing F12.

      3. Switch to the Network tab.

      4. Navigate to the WebAgent and sign in with your user credentials.

      5. In the filter, search for dynamicsv2.plugin.js.

      Verification:

      • If you see dynamicsv2.plugin.js in the list, the plugin is active.

      • If not, contact your Anywhere365 representative for assistance.
