This concerns the following cti plugins:

Changed Dynamics (CIF1 & CIF2)
When an activity is created:
-
Status will be set to 'Open' (this the Dynamics default value)

Start date will be set
When an conversation is ended / finished, the activity will be completed:
-
Status will be set to 'Completed'
-
(End date will be set automatically by Dynamics)
Changed SalesForce (Lightning & Classic)
When an activity is created:
-
Status will be set to 'In Progress'
Note: Previously, the activity was immediately set to 'Completed' on creation
When an conversation is ended / finished, the activity will be completed:

Status will be set to 'Completed'
Changed ServiceNow
