What's new in WebAgent 6.21.3

Introduction

The below a details of new features that are added to the WebAgent v 6.21.3.

Complete activity changed for CTI integration

This concerns the following cti plugins:

  • Dynamics CIF1

  • Dynamics CIF2

  • SalesForce Lightning

  • SalesForce Classic

  • ServiceNow

Changed Dynamics (CIF1 & CIF2)

When an activity is created:

  • Status will be set to 'Open' (this the Dynamics default value)

  • Start date will be set

When an conversation is ended / finished, the activity will be completed:

  • Status will be set to 'Completed'

  • (End date will be set automatically by Dynamics)

Changed SalesForce (Lightning & Classic)

When an activity is created:

  • Status will be set to 'In Progress'

    Note: Previously, the activity was immediately set to 'Completed' on creation

When an conversation is ended / finished, the activity will be completed:

  • Status will be set to 'Completed'

Changed ServiceNow

When an activity is created:

  • Start time will be set

When an conversation is ended / finished, the activity will be completed:

  • End time will be set
