Create a UCC SharePoint sub site

Let’s add an item to the UCC A Unified Contact Center, or UCC, is a queue of interactions (voice, email, IM, etc.) that are handled by Agents. Each UCC has its own settings, IVR menus and Agents. Agents can belong to one or several UCCs and can have multiple skills (competencies). An UCC can be visualized as a contact center “micro service”. Customers can utilize one UCC (e.g. a global helpdesk), a few UCC’s (e.g. for each department or regional office) or hundreds of UCC’s (e.g. for each bed at a hospital). They are interconnected and can all be managed from one central location. Creator List:

  1. Go to the site collection that you have created

  2. Click on Site Content

  3. Click on the list Anywhere365 UCC Creator

  4. Enter values for the form fields and click on Save.

Note: If the UCC_Creator.ps1 is scheduled to run automatically, these steps can be skipped.
  1. Open the regular PowerShell command window, run UCC.Creator.ps1 to test that everything works fine. It connects to the Anywhere365 UCC Creator list and creates a UCC SharePoint sub site from the item you just added to the list.

    As you can see the sub site is created:

  2. If you go back to the list you will see that the added item has a URL now.

    The Provision Status is changed to Provisioned.

    Click on Site URL to open the UCC that is created.
