Enable Skype components creation
Our latest UCCUCC stands for Unified Contact Center and consists of a queue that can be handled by Agents Each Contact Center has its own settings, interactive voice response questions and Agent with specific skills. Agents can be member of, or sign up to, one or more Contact Centers. Creator is also able to create the Skype components.
After the UCC site have been created (see part: Configure) the Skype components will be created and the UCC will be added to the config.xml.

Open configuration.xml from the UCC Creator
Set CreateSkypeComponents to ‘true’

Fill in the path folder of installation folder (where the InstallEXTRAUCC.ps1 script can be found)
Fill in the Name of the Skype application pool for your Skype application -->

Everytime when the UCC_Creator.ps1 runs, it will now also create the Skype components for the UCC sites requested.
The UCC will be added to the config.xml and can be started by removing the ‘Comment tags’: <-- & -->
