Configure Callback Queue on SharePoint Online

Note This step has become obsolete in SharePoint Version 6.0.6.0

Introduction

To add the CallbackWith CallBack the customer can leave his / her number to be called back by an available agent during business hours. Queue to SharePoint Online, a script needs to be used. Below the steps to add the Callback Queue.

 

Configure

  1. Request the "EnableIVRCallback" package from the support desk

  2. Edit the PowerShell file

    1. siteUrl = URL of site where the Callback Queue needs created.

    2. username = Domain\username of an account that can edit the list

    3. Password = Password of the account that can edit the list

  3. Run the script in PowerShell
