Inflight Snapper User Guide
The Anywhere365 Inflight Snapper can be used to display real-time information about agents activity and call statistics. Select your preferred client to learn more about the Dashboard components and Navigation panel.
Start with customizing your preferred display settings
The Snapper Dashboard can be displayed in a Classic or Modern Display mode, which can be chosen under the General Settings. The default language for the display is the user's Windows language, which can be altered to 15 other languages as needed. Decide where you want the Inflight Snapper being displayed (attached to the right of the screen or visible all the time) or if you want to see the menu buttons arranged vertically (to the right) or horizontally (on top of the screen).

Save your inbound and outbound Screen recordings
Screen recordings can be handy to document a current state in your contact center. This requires a bit of preparation work using the UCCUCC stands for Unified Contact Center and consists of a queue that can be handled by Agents. Each UCC has its own settings, interactive voice response questions and Agents with specific skills. Agents can be member of, or sign up to, one or more UCCs. SharePoint Dashboard. After you have created your document libraries where the screen recordings will be saved to, you can use the toggle buttons in the Snapper Settings to activate or deactivate the automatic inbound and outbound screen recordings. Use the Screen selection to choose from what screen the recordings should be saved. The Primary monitor will be the default setting, but you can simply select any other monitor as desired.
