Install Inflight Snapper for Microsoft Teams
Before starting the installation, make sure the following preparations are taken on the device that will run the Snapper:
Microsoft Teams client is installed;
Make sure the latest Windows updates are installed

User is logged in
If you want to save your screen recordings to SharePoint, you will have to create the following document libraries within the UCCUCC stands for Unified Contact Center and consists of a queue that can be handled by Agents Each Contact Center has its own settings, interactive voice response questions and Agent with specific skills. Installing the Snapper
The following steps describe the installation process of the Snapper.
Run the msi file to start the setup program.
Note Installations files can be requested at WORKSTREAMPEOPLE or Partner.
Read and accept the License Agreement by checking the “I accept the terms in the License Agreement” box.
The following screen will display the available features
Always install the “Inflight”.
The Snapper will now be installed
Select “Finish” to close the setup
Run the shortcut to start the Application
Configure the Snapper
The Snapper has an auto-discovery feature, so you only need to add 1 UCC.
- Start the Snapper
- Open tab Settings
- Open tab UCC Config
- Click Add UCC
- Enter the information
- UCC Name = ApplicationId of the UCC
- UCC Host = FQDNA fully qualified domain name (FQDN), sometimes also referred as an absolute domain name, is a domain name that specifies its exact location in the tree hierarchy of the Domain Name System (DNS). of UCC
- Secure = Which protocol should be used. http:// or https://
- Autodiscover = Automatically add other UCC's where the user is an Agent or Supervisor
- Remote presence update = Only activate when user is a Supervisor and Remote Presence Updater is installed, Learn More
- Click on save
Configure the Inflight Snapper for Teams
Start the Inflight Snapper
Open the Menu tab
Change the setting "Client Type" to "Teams"
Fill in the Teams client id, Learn More
Restart the Inflight Snapper
