Call history view - Classic Display

The Call History view shows you previous contact moments you had with the UCCUCC stands for Unified Contact Center and consists of a queue that can be handled by Agents. Each UCC has its own settings, interactive voice response questions and Agents with specific skills. Agents can be member of, or sign up to, one or more UCCs..

 

 

  • Incoming = Conversations you received from the UCC or inbound intercepted

  • Outgoing = Conversations you did with the DCI or outbound intercepted

  • Missed = Missed Conversations you received from the UCC or inbound intercepted
