Install OmniTracker plugin

  1. The installed version on the client of OmniTracker needs to be 32Bit.
  2. The OtTelInt.dll inside the c:\program files (x86)\[OmniTracker] folder needs to be registered via the following command
    1. Open CommandPrompt as administrator

      Runregsvr32.exe “c:\program files (x86)\[OmniTracker folder]\OtTelInt.dll”

  3. OmniTracker has to be configured for Telephony usage
    1. Line for incoming calls
    2. Select OMNITRACKER Telephony Integration
    3. All other settings are not needed
  4. Open the UCCUCC stands for Unified Contact Center and consists of a queue that can be handled by Agents Each Contact Center has its own settings, interactive voice response questions and Agent with specific skills. Agents can be member of, or sign up to, one or more Contact Centers. Settings site for the UCC which needs to have OmniTracker integration.
  5. Open Settings
  6. Search for IsAttendant if not found add it with value True. If setting is already present verify that its set to True.
  7. Restart Snapper
  8. When the Snapper receives a Call from this UCC, OmniTracker will be opened before u accept the incoming call
