Install OmniTracker plugin

Note: This plugin may be part of or may require an additional license. Please contact your Sales Representative to confirm whether the plugin is included with your license and/or installation.
  1. The installed version on the client of OmniTracker needs to be the same as the Snapper (x32 or x64)

  2. The OtTelInt.dll needs to be registered via the following command.

    x32: C:\Program Files (x86)\Anywhere365 Snapper\Plugins\Wsp.Anywhere365.Plugin.OmniTracker

    x64: C:\Program Files\Anywhere365 Snapper\Plugins\Wsp.Anywhere365.Plugin.OmniTracker

    1. Open CommandPrompt as administrator

  3. OmniTracker has to be configured for Telephony usage

    1. Line for incoming calls

    2. Select OMNITRACKER Telephony Integration

    3. All other settings are not needed

  4. Open the UCC A Unified Contact Center, or UCC, is a queue of interactions (voice, email, IM, etc.) that are handled by Agents. Each UCC has its own settings, IVR menus and Agents. Agents can belong to one or several UCCs and can have multiple skills (competencies). A UCC can be visualized as a contact center “micro service”. Customers can utilize one UCC (e.g. a global helpdesk), a few UCC’s (e.g. for each department or regional office) or hundreds of UCC’s (e.g. for each bed at a hospital). They are interconnected and can all be managed from one central location. Settings site for the UCC which needs to have OmniTracker integration.

  5. Open Settings

  6. Search for IsAttendant if not found add it with value True. If setting is already present verify that its set to True.

  7. Restart Snapper

  8. When the Snapper receives a Call from this UCC, OmniTracker will be opened before u accept the incoming call
