An interface between Anywhere365 and OmniTracker might significantly improve the service provided to a caller and the productivity of the Agents or Supervisor
By connecting Anywhere365 to OmniTracker via this interface Agents not only receive incoming calls but also automatically send to OmniTracker the data of that caller. This occurs when a caller is identified via their phone number or customer id.
