Create an automated subscription

Introduction

While the Power BI dashboard gives you access to all the information you need. Some users prefer to have it automatically send to their email as a PDF.

Configure Power BI Template

  1. During the installation you will be prompted with the parameter "Subscription", Learn More

    In here you can select:

    1. All Time = Show all data.

    2. Today = Only load today.

    3. Yesterday = Only load yesterday.

    4. Current Week = Only load between the first day of this week and the last day of this week.

    5. Previous Week = Only load between the first day of the previous week and the last day of the previous week.

    6. Current Month = Only load between the first day of this month and the last day of this month.

    7. Previous Month = Only load between the first day of the previous month and the last day of the previous month.

    8. Current Year = Only load between the first day of this year and the last day of this year.

    9. Previous Year = Only load between the first day of the previous year and the last day of the previous year.

    Based on you selection only a filtered part will be loaded / visible.

  2. The next step is publishing the template to your workspace

  3. For the subscription to work, the data needs to be renewed.

Setup subscription

Now that the dashboard loads in the correct information, this can now be shared using a subscription.
