Pass Parameter in URL
With SSRS it is possible to pass a parameter directly in a URL. For example each UCCUCC stands for Unified Contact Center and consists of a queue that can be handled by Agents Each Contact Center has its own settings, interactive voice response questions and Agent with specific skills. Agents can be member of, or sign up to, one or more Contact Centers. uses the same database. By default each time you open the reports, you need to change the parameters. To make is easier for the end-users, add the parameter in the URL, now the desired UCC will be selected by default.
First you need the Web Service URL of SSRS
Can be found in Reporting Services Configuration Manager
In here open the reports you want to use
For example: http://server.domain.com/ReportServer_REPORTING/Pages/ReportViewer.aspx?%2fDialogue+Intelligence%2fWelcome&rs:Command=Render
For example: http://server.domain.com/ReportServer_REPORTING/Pages/ReportViewer.aspx?%2fDialogue+Intelligence%2fWelcome&rs:Command=Render&UCC=1
Tip You can add the same parameter multiple time, if you need multiple values.
Tip UCC id's can be found in UCC_Name table
