Hide contact information from Dialogue Intelligence


By default the reports show the contact uri in the report. If you want to limit this you can hide this information so that is will be replaced with anonymous data while keeping its functionality.

Without anonymous filter: tel:+31612312312

With anonymous filter: tel:xxxx312


Change default value Anon

  1. Navigate to the 'SQL Server Reporting Services'

    Note Based on your version of SSRS the layout will differ, but the actions will have similar names.

  2. (Optional) Open Folder if reports are placed in a Folder

  3. Select the dropdown button of the report you want to filter

  4. Select Manage

  5. Select Parameters

    Note: If you don't see this option, you do not have enough permissions.

  6. Change the value in Default Value of one of the following to "Enabled":

    1. Anon = Anonymize all Agents, Callers, Supervisors and Transferees uri

    2. Anon_Agent = Anonymize agents uri

    3. Anon_Caller = Anonymize callers uri

    4. Anon_Supervisor = Anonymize supervisors uri

    5. Anon_Transferee = Anonymize transferees uri

  7. Click Apply

The parameter's default value has now been changed.
