Create linked report
Introduction
The reports open with the default parameters, to change this you can change the default values. This will have affect on all users. So if you have multiple users / teams/ each with there own preferences, a linked report can help. A linked reports creates a shortcut. Changing the parameters default will no effect the parent file, but updating the parent will also update the linked reports.
Schedule report

Navigate to the 'SQL Server Reporting Services'
Note Based on your version of SSRS the layout will differ, but the actions will have similar names.

(Optional) Open Folder if reports are placed in a Folder

Select the dropdown button of the report you want to schedule

Select 'Manage'

Select 'Linked Report'

Enter a name for the linked report and select Create
