Playlists

Purpose

Playlists enable the user to create a list with audiofiles which can be used in the Queue, Hold and during the breaking. After the Playlist are defined they can be selected in the settings list to connect them to the Queue, Hold or Breaking.

Explanation per field

In order to manage Playlists, the following fields should be filled in:

Item

Description

Playlists

Name of the playlist. Can be reused to add multiple audio files to the same Playlist

Audio File

Select the Audio File you want to add to the play list

Order

The order in which the Audio Files are played

 Tip: Default if the customer calls again it will skip to the next AudioFile in the order. This can be altered with the setting "DisablePreviousPlayListPositionQueue".

Active

Enable or Disable the Audio file in the Playlist
