This scenario can be useful when you want internal users using chat to connect with your contact center.



  • A default configured UCC



  1. Create Endpoint

  2. Create Chat Skill
    Learn More

  3. Add Endpoint to Endpoint list

    1. Title = sip:[Endpoint Uri]

    2. Action = Skill

    3. Modality = Chat

    4. Skill = Created Chat Skill

  4. Restart UCC

  5. Assign Agents to Chat Skill
