Dial Code Prompt for Core

Dialcodes are codes entered by the Caller to directly go to the Skill belonging to that dial code.
We believe in minimizing the amount of dialogue. Instead of offering your customers a extensive IVRInteractive Voice Response (IVR) is a telephone application to take orders via telephone keypad or voice through a computer. By choosing menu options the caller receives information, without the intervention of a human operator, or will be forwarded to the appropriate Agent. menu you can offer your customers a dial code. When entering the code you are directly routed to the correct Skill. You can even allow priority calling, where VIP customers are positioned first in the queue.
