SalesForce plugin for Core
An interface between Anywhere365 and SalesForce might significantly improve the service provided to a caller and the productivity of the Agents or Supervisor.
By connecting Anywhere365 to SalesForce via this interface Agents not only receive incoming calls but also automatically receive the SalesForce data of that caller. This occurs when a caller is identified via their phone number or customer id.
