Microsoft Dynamics 2011 plugin for Core
An interface between Anywhere365 and Microsoft Dynamics 2011 might significantly improve the service provided to a caller and the productivity of the Agents or Supervisor.
By connecting Anywhere365 to MS Dynamics 2011 via this interface Agents not only receive incoming calls but also automatically receive the MS Dynamics 2011 data of that caller. This occurs when a caller is identified via their phone number or customer id.
