Configure Messages for CallMe

Introduction

The CallMeThe CallMe feature adds a button on your website where the customer can enter his / her number to be called by the UCC, saving the customer in telephone costs. function has default messages, these can be altered by changing the Resource json.

 

 

Configure messages

  1. Login on the UCC Server.

  2. Open the SFBWebChatPlus.Resources.json of the WebChat(in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\WebChat\sfbwebchatplus\resources\

  3. Change the following settings

    1. Change description:

      "callMeDescription":"Enter your phone number, sip address or Skype name and you will be called back immediately."

    2. Change placeholder:

      "callMeInputPlaceholder":"Example: +31612345678 or user@example.net"
