Configure Messages for CallMe
Note Enterprise license and higher
The CallMeThe CallMe feature adds a button on your website where the customer can enter his / her number to be called by the UCC, saving the customer in telephone costs. function has default messages, these can be altered by changing the Resource json.
Login on the UCC Server.
Open the SFBWebChatPlus.Resources.json of the WebChat(in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\WebChat\sfbwebchatplus\resources\
Change the following settings
"callMeDescription":"Enter your phone number, sip address or Skype name and you will be called back immediately."
"callMeInputPlaceholder":"Example: +31612345678 or firstname.lastname@example.org"
