Install Record Button plugin

Note Corporate license or higher.

Note This feature requires an additional plug-in. Please contact your Sales Contact to verify if a plug-in is purchased.

Install Plugin

  1. Run the Record Button installer

  2. Read and accept the License Agreement by checking the “I accept the terms in the License Agreement” box.

  3. Click "Next"

  4. Click "Install"


Configure UCC

  1. Open the UCCUCC stands for Unified Contact Center and consists of a queue that can be handled by Agents Each Contact Center has its own settings, interactive voice response questions and Agent with specific skills. Agents can be member of, or sign up to, one or more Contact Centers. Settings list

  2. Add / modify the following settings:

    1. UseAudioRecording = true

    2. SaveRecordingByDefault = false

    3. AgentCanEditAudioRecording = true
