The plugin allows you to save, delete and look at the unanswered outbound dialer calls.
When accessing to the UCCUCC stands for Unified Contact Center and consists of a queue that can be handled by Agents Each Contact Center has its own settings, interactive voice response questions and Agent with specific skills. Agents can be member of, or sign up to, one or more Contact Centers. home page you can find Outbound Dialer Calls under the tab Dialogue Management. The calls that are not yet handled will be shown in the attendant plugin.
Note In order to use the plugin an UCC and an Enterprise plus license is required.
