Install Address Book for Exchange Directory plugin

Note This feature requires an additional plug-in. Please contact your Sales Contact to verify if a plug-in is purchased.

Warning only one plugin of the type addressbook can be installed.


  1. Start the installer (msi) for the Exchange Addressbook Plugin.

  2. Click “Next”.

  3. Read the “End-User License Agreement” and check “I accept the terms in the License Agreement”.

  4. Click “Next”.

  5. Click “Next” again.

  6. Click “Install”.

  7. When a “User Account Control” window appears requesting permissions, approve by clicking “Yes”.

  8. After installation Click “Finish”.

The installation is complete and when starting the Attendant a new tab in the mainmenu should be present.



At start the Exchange Addressbook is not working, this is because there is no account configured.

To Configure an exchange account for the addressbook, follow the next steps:

  1. Make sure the Attendant is started and license is entered.

  2. Go to “Settings

  3. Navigate to the “Plugins” Tab

  4. Select the plugin named “Anywhere365 Exchange Addressbook

  5. Fill in the field that are shown in the up sliding window

    1. Username – Username of the account used
      (email or domain\user, sample: or Anywhere365\user)

    2. E-mailaddress – E-mailaddress of the account used, sample:

    3. Password – Password of the account

    4. Exchange version – Select version that the exchange server uses

    5. Address of webservice – the asmx webservice URL, for Office 365 it is filled automatically

  6. Click the “ x “ icon to close the plugin information

  7. Exit the settings by clicking the arrow

The settings for the plugin are configured and it should start to load all information in the addressbook tab.
