Accept Call

  1. Customer enters the queue.
  2. When it is your turn, you while be offered the call automatically.
    You can also take the call from the queue, by clicking on the call icon.
  3. You can accept by:
    1. (Mouse) Click accept icon
    2. (Headset) Click on accept button on headset
    3. (Phone) Pick up horn.

 

Put call in or from hold

  1. Have an active call
  2. You can put the caller on hold by:
    1. (Mouse) Click on hold icon in the active call
    2. (Headset Click on hold button (Not on every headset)
    3. (Phone) Click on hold button
  3. You can take the caller from hold by:
    1. (Mouse) Click on hold icon in the hold bar (top)
    2. (Headset Click on hold button (Not on every headset)
    3. (Phone) Click on hold button

 

Send CallBack notification

  1. Have an active call
  2. Go to the notifications button on the left side
  3. Add new notification
  4. Search for the correct contact
  5. Drag en drop the notification on the contact
    You can select (1) Chat, (2) Email or (3) SMS

 

Direct transfer

  1. Have an active call or a call on hold
  2. Search for the correct contact
  3. Drag the picture of the call to the contact person
  4. (Optional) You can select the device of the contact
    Skype for BusinessSkype for Business (formerly Microsoft Office Communicator and Microsoft Lync) is an instant-messaging client used by Anywhere365. In order to use SFB, a Microsoft Skype for Business Server is required. Skype for Business is enterprise software; compared to Skype, it has different features that target businesses., Mobile, Workphone or Voicemail

 

Consultative Transfer

  1. Have an active call or a call on hold
  2. Search for the correct contact
  3. Call the contact by clicking on the call icon
    1. Hold for 2 sec, to select device (Skype for Business, Mobile, Workphone or Voicemail)
  4. Drag and drop the picture of one of the two call on each other
