You can alter the default location of the different config files.
The config file contains all information for the client, like:
- License file location
- Exchange adapter
Default location 32-bit (x86): C:\Program Files (x86)\Anywhere365 Attendant\config.xml
Default location 64-bit (x64): C:\Program Files\Anywhere365 Attendant\config.xml
To load from a different location you need to create a shortcut with the following parameter (example is 64 -bit (x64))
"C:\Program Files\Anywhere365 Attendant\Attendant.exe" config:C:\ProgramConfig\Config..xml
Setup User Config
The userconfig contains all information unique to the user, like:
- UCCUCC stands for Unified Contact Center and consists of a queue that can be handled by Agents. Each UCC has its own settings, interactive voice response questions and Agents with specific skills. Agents can be member of, or sign up to, one or more UCCs.
- Exchange credentials
- Config preferences
Default location: %Appdata%\WORKSTREAMPEOPLE\Attendant\config.xml
To load from a different location you need to create a shortcut with the following parameter (example is x64)
"C:\Program Files\Anywhere365 Attendant\Attendant.exe" userconfig:C:\UserConfig\Attendant\config.xml
