72316 Snapper upload of ScreenRecordings to SharePoint Online now uses Modern Authentication.
As Microsoft will deprecate basic authentication for Exchange Online from the 31st of December 2022, some scenarios ran the risk of no longer being support. See: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/exchange-team-blog/improving-security-together/ba-p/805892
Specifically, uploading Snapper screen recordings to SharePoint Online automatically relied on basic authentication.
Snapper can now use ClientID and ClientSecret to authenticate. Fields for entering these details will now appear in the Settings of Snapper (only when choosing SharePoint Online as destination) Learn More

Feature Enhancements

75757 Campaign Dialer does not get updated with SharePoint changes when scheduled.
Added support to set a CampaignDialer invite to "processed" in SP and that it will be removed from the schedule + some quality-of-life improvements for the dialers.
76409 Presence provider: Unsubscribing an agent with empty teams UPN In Windows Active Directory, a User Principal Name (UPN) is the name of a system user in an email address format. A UPN (for example: john.doe@domain.com) consists of the user name (logon name), separator (the @ symbol), and domain name (UPN suffix). would fail.
This invalid configuration could lead to the presence not being updated.
75355 Support for Azure Speech Service private network configurations.
When creating a new Azure Speech Service, it is possible to only access from the selected private networks. The UCC A Unified Contact Center, or UCC, is a queue of interactions (voice, email, IM, etc.) that are handled by Agents. Each UCC has its own settings, IVR menus and Agents. Agents can belong to one or several UCCs and can have multiple skills (competencies). A UCC can be visualized as a contact center “micro service”. Customers can utilize one UCC (e.g. a global helpdesk), a few UCC’s (e.g. for each department or regional office) or hundreds of UCC’s (e.g. for each bed at a hospital). They are interconnected and can all be managed from one central location. now tries an alternative authentication method used for the private networks to access that mentioned cloud resource.
75777 Improved the Voicemail Dialer logic to prevent a hunting loop.
When the Voicemail Dialer could not remove an unanswered session, all the following sessions could end up being offered endlessley.
