As Microsoft will deprecate basic authentication for Exchange Online from the 31st of December 2022, some scenarios ran the risk of no longer being support. See: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/exchange-team-blog/improving-security-together/ba-p/805892 Specifically, uploading Snapper screen recordings to SharePoint Online automatically relied on basic authentication. Snapper can now use ClientID and ClientSecret to authenticate. When creating a new Azure Speech Service, it is possible to only access from the selected private networks. The UCC A Unified Contact Center, or UCC, is a queue of interactions (voice, email, IM, etc.) that are handled by Agents. Each UCC has its own settings, IVR menus and Agents. Agents can belong to one or several UCCs and can have multiple skills (competencies). A UCC can be visualized as a contact center “micro service”. Customers can utilize one UCC (e.g. a global helpdesk), a few UCC’s (e.g. for each department or regional office) or hundreds of UCC’s (e.g. for each bed at a hospital). They are interconnected and can all be managed from one central location. now tries an alternative authentication method used for the private networks to access that mentioned cloud resource. |
