WebAgent for SalesForce Classic Installation

Additional Anywhere365 WebAgent and CTI Integration license required.

Prerequisites

  • Configure Sign-in for WebAgent for SalesForce Classic

  • Ensure your Anywhere365 representative has activated the SalesForce Classic plugin for the WebAgent.

    1. Open your browser.

    2. Access the development tools by pressing F12.

    3. Switch to the Network tab.

    4. Navigate to the WebAgent and sign in with your user credentials.

    5. In the filter, search for salesforce-classic.plugin.js.

    Verification:

    • If you see salesforce-classic.plugin.js in the list, the plugin is active.

    • If not, contact your Anywhere365 representative for assistance.
