Install WebChat 2.0 for WebAgent

Note: An additional Anywhere365 WebAgent license is required.
Note: An Enterprise license or higher is required to access these features.

To install the WebChat Dialogue Provider the following steps need to be made.

Prerequisites

  • CallPropery service installed and configured, Learn More

  • Universal Timeline service installed and configured, Learn More

  • ListsPlugin installed and configured, Learn More

 

Link UCC to WebAgent

First the WebAgent Service need to be installed.

Install API Sessions

Note: Introduced in WebChat 2.1

For the UCC the to be able to share presence information, the API plugin needs to be deployed.

 

Install WebChat Dialogue Provider 2.0

The next step is to deploy the WebChat Dialogue Provider 2.0

Install WebChat 2.0 FrontEnd

After the backend has setup, we can deploy the WebChat 2.0 Front End
