Comparison to Voicemail Dialer v1 and v2

  • The VoicemailDialer v2 does not use the VoicemailAgents list, but uses regular Agents and Skills instead.

    • The VoicemailDialer v2 will not call an Agent if that Agent is already in a Call, or otherwise unavailable.

    • The VoicemailDialer v2 Sessions will be queued if no Agents are available. This means Agents can also Take VoicemailDialer V2 sessions from the Queue.
