Plugin Attributes

Purpose

Plugin Attributes are used configure attributes fields and behavior. These are unique per plugin and will be part of the documentation of that plugin.

Explanation per field

In order to manage Attributes, the following items can be filled in:

Item Description
Display Name

Name that will be displayed in the Extension Window.
System Name

System name received from plugin.
Show on Extension Window

Toggle to show this item in the Extension Window.
Show on Toast A toast is a pop-up instant message or audio call notification the user receives on his desktop.

Toggle to show this item in the Skype for Business toast.
Order

Order in which items should be displayed.
Field Type

Field Type for the Extension Window to identify it.

Hyperlink

Used by the Extension Window to make click-able and open a dynamics url.
Open Automatically

Toggle to open the hyperlink automatically
Category

Used by the Extension Window put the item in the right location.

Create/Edit/Remove item

Item can be created, edited or removed.

  1. Open the list.
  2. Select the Add new item button.
  3. Enter the correct data in the window that appears.
  4. Select the Save button.

  4. Enter the correct data in the window that appears.
  5. Select the “Save” button.
