Missed Calls Today

Purpose

In this list the missed calls of today are displayed.

This is the same list as the Call Summary list with an additional filter:

It is possible to refine the filter.

MissedCallsToday will be stored on SharePoint automatically together with some meta data:

Item	Description
StartTime	The date/time when the call is connected to the UCC A Unified Contact Center, or UCC, is a queue of interactions (voice, email, IM, etc.) that are handled by Agents.
