1. Navigate to the UCCUCC stands for Unified Contact Center and consists of a queue that can be handled by Agents Each Contact Center has its own settings, interactive voice response questions and Agent with specific skills. Agents can be member of, or sign up to, one or more Contact Centers. settings site

  2. Open Site Settings (top right corner)

  3. Under Site Administration open Regional settings

  4. Use the drop down Time zone to select the desired timezone

  5. For all changes to apply, you need to restart the UCC.
