Scope of this document
This document provides the integration guidelines for interconnecting the Anywhere365 Dialogue Cloud services Voice over IP network between the customer Session Border Controller (SBC) and the Anywhere365 SBC.
For Voice call interactions, the Dialogue Cloud services are provided as an “add-on module” next to the Teams Calling service which is interconnected to the PSTN based on the Direct Routing Microsoft Teams integration.
The following picture shows the high-level service architecture as well as the integration points covered in this document:
