Example configuration Microsoft Flow to schedule callback when new lead is created

Introduction

This example shows you how you can use Microsoft Flows to automatically schedule a call when a new lead is created in Dynamics365

 

Configuration

  1. From your Office Portal, go to your Flow App:
  2. Click "My Flows":
  3. Click "New" and "Create from Blank":
  4. Select connector "Dynamics 365":
  5. Select trigger "When a record is created"
  6. Select CRMCRM stands for Customer Relationship Management and is a method/technology for managing contacts of customers. CRM helps to offer each customer an individual value proposition based on its wishes. In addition, CRM makes it visible which customers represent higher value for the organization and therefore might be served in a different way. organization:
  7. Select entity "Leads":
  8. Select "+ New Step":
  9. Select connector "SharePoint":
  10. Select action "Create item":
  11. Fill in needed parameters; use Dynamic Content to include data from CRM into your SP item:
  12. Click "Save":
